It boils down to one word:  Leadership.  Seems like there isn't any of it coming from Washinton, which acts like it never saw the S & P downgrade coming.  If the market reaction early Monday is saying anything it is this, "Washington, get serious about debt reform and forget the political posturing."

Voters are watching and they will not have forgotten what you do now come next November 2012.
